Please click on the Suffolk Primary Care link below to see how your privacy is protected.
There is a patient sharing initiative by Ipswich East and West Suffolk clinical Commissioning Groups. The NHS uses a secure electronic computer system called SystmOne to hold your records- and with your consent, it allows the healthcare professionals who care for you to share your medical information with each other to make sure you receive the best possible care. Please speak to a member of staff on your next visit to record your consent.
Help us to help you! Please help us be as effective as possible by enabling us to use our time most effectively. Please do not request an appointment or a home visit unless you genuinely need it. If you find you no longer need that appointment then please let us know so we can use that appointment for someone else.
NHS Data Information
The Care Quality Commission visited us on March 24th 2015. Thanks to all patients who fed back their opinions of the practice to the CQC team who in our feedback session after were very impressed with our patient access arrangements and appointment system and the clinical team as a whole. The full report is now published and we are GOOD in all areas.
Your Practice is Research Active
All NHS organisations are expected to participate and support health and care research.
Conducting high-quality clinical research helps us to keep improving NHS care by finding out which treatments work best.
If you are asked about taking part in research, usually someone in the care team looking after you will contact you. People in your care team may look at your health records to check whether you are suitable to take part in a research study, before asking you whether you are interested or sending you a letter on behalf of the researcher.
For more information about how your information may be used in research and your rights please visit https://www.hra.nhs.uk/information-about-patients/

Our group also helps with events that we have at the surgery. We are always looking for new members to join our friendly group.
