Community Midwife services are supported by The Tower Group who will be pleased to discuss all aspects of maternity care with all expectant and prospective mothers. Please phone the surgery to make contact with a District Nurse or Midwife 01473-741152 and leave a message with our Reception staff. Your call will be followed up as soon as possible.
The team of District Nurses provides nursing care for housebound patients requested by hospital and practice doctors.

There is usually a Health Visitor in the office all day, but if the office is unmanned, non urgent messages can be left on the answerphone and someone will ring you back as soon as possible, but it might not be the same day. Early Years Family Adviser: ( EYFA )
An EYFA has had training and education to work with pre-school children and their parents and, works under the supervision of the health visitors. They are especially involved in the care of babies and young children. Advice can be given on subjects such as children’s diet and nutrition, normal development and behaviour, and learning through play. They may also have specialist skills in working with children with special needs. Please phone 01473-242159 if you have any queries or need support.
